Job Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and support our organization in the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in enforcing company policies and standards.
  • Facilitate the smooth execution of daily operations and objectives.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to other departments as necessary.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain files, documents, and paperwork.
  • Support HR in the recruitment and on-boarding processes.
  • Oversee inventory and manage supply orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Integrity and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Email.
  • Detail-oriented and multitasking skills.
  • Able to communicate in Spanish is not required but it would be a plus skill.

Full-Time

6:00 AM-4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday)
