Job Summary: Provides ongoing systems user support of one or more computer applications. Work being monitored by systems Analyst. The Systems Analyst Assistant will support the daily use of assigned applications, trouble shoot issues with both applications and hardware.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 50 hours of college credits in Information Systems or related discipline. Significant prior experience with Information Systems in a health care environment will be considered and may be allowable as an alternative to a degree. Two years of supporting applications and hardware. Health care experience, certification or specialized skills/knowledge may be preferred or required for support of certain systems.
