Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and functions of the HR Department. The ideal candidate will have strong data collection and analysis skills.
Duties:
- Collect and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation
- Assist with payroll changes make updates in HR systems
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes
- Maintain employee records and files in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Skills:
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Proficiency in HR systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
