Job Summary:
Maintain and perform various cleaning at our facilities locations including building offices, restrooms and break rooms. Provides a clean working environment for all Carpenter Co.
Position Scope:
Communicate daily with department managers to coordinate cleaning schedule. Works in a normal production environment with exposure to temperature changes and some unpleasant cleaning situations. Major challenge involves performing cleaning duties within production schedules. Uses moderate physical effort to perform various cleaning procedures to include cleaning of all restrooms daily, cleaning floors, dusting offices, and emptying waste receptacles.
Requisites :
a. Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
b. Experience: No previous experience is required to perform the job. Specific on the job training is provided.
c. Minimum Qualifications: Good communication skills. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
1. Clean and maintain all restrooms at facility location.
2. Sweep and mop all entrance floors and hallways which are tiled.
3. Clean and dust all offices as needed.
4. Clean and dust all awards, recognition plates and displays as needed.
5. Clean walls, doors, and stairwells as needed.
6. Clean windows and blinds as needed.
7. Clean assigned areas to include restrooms, break rooms, office areas, and the office storage areas
8. Maintain assigned janitorial supplies and equipment.
Salary : $19 - $20
