St. Joseph Hospice is seeking a Full-Time HOSPICE AIDE CNA to join our team in the Bayou Region!
The Hospice Aide CNA is responsible for providing the patient with personal care in an inpatient care unit as assigned within the guidelines established by both state and federal regulations.
Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Follows up as appropriate with supervisor, co-workers regarding patients' needs and care or concerns.
Promotes positive relations with the families and patients as well as facility staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
- Minimum of six (6) months work experience in a direct care setting
- CPR Certified
- Have dependable transportation, current drivers license, and auto insurance
