COMMERCIAL DATA SPECIALIST PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE COMMERCIAL DATA SPECIALIST Maintain and update Customer Master Data records in SAP & Axiom (BP, Addresses, Payment Terms, Customer Contacts) Process new Customer Master creation requests in SAP & Axiom Responsible for accurate preparation and execution of all invoicing in SAP & Axiom in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. Responsible for the overall administration and distribution of all departmental documents and report management, including weekly executive report-out of commercial activity. Assist with monthly internal and external audit requests. Collaborate cross-functionally to support Customer Business Requests for quality documents, AS9100, AS9120, Nadcap, ISO9001 certifications, supplier surveys, Conflict Minerals, etc. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. REQUIRED FOR THE COMMERCIAL DATA SPECIALIST High-School diploma required. A two- or four- year undergraduate degree in Business or another related field is preferred. 1 to 3 years of commercial, transactional systems, document management, workflow design, and process improvement experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Customer / relationship building focused. Experience being well organized and has the ability to prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions. Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators / metrics. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong goal and results orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
