Job Posting for Sales Associate at Carpet Mill Flooring USA

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team! You will walk customers through their flooring projects from visualization through installation, acting as the point person in assisting them with selecting the right product, scheduling measurings and installations, and resolving issues and answering questions along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Working face to face with customers
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Selling flooring products
  • Creating job quotes
  • Invoicing customers upon completion of jobs

Qualifications:

  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deadline- and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
