Carpetland USA is seeking Sales Associates to join their growing team! A successful Sales Associate will have excellent customer services skills, have the ability to effectively communicate and show strong salesmanship and relationship building skills. Previous experience in flooring is a plus. There is no limit to your income potential in this role!

Duties of the Sales Associate:

• Greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner when they enter the store
• Assist customers with product selection, utilizing skills in home décor and design
• Schedule measurements and installation and troubleshoot issues if they arise between the customer and installer
• Assist in the collection of accounts receivables and management of account balances
• All other job duties as assigned by upper management

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Previous sales experience is a plus!
• Creative problem solving and strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Drivers License

Physical Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Standing and walking often
• Occasional bending and stooping

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
