Admin / Office / Self Storage

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Office / Self Storage Administrator to join our team. The Admin will be responsible for showing and renting storage units at our indoor facility, managing administrative tasks, invoicing and receivables, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be proficient in using the Microsoft Suite and have the ability to quickly learn other management and access control software.

Duties:

- Showing and renting storage units at our indoor facility

-Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Handle self storage and assist property management account invoicing and receivables

- Assist with real estate administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite for bookkeeping tasks

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills

- Ability to learn new software systems quickly, including phone systems

- Strong file management skills, both physical and digital

- Previous experience in an administrative role

This is a 35-40 hour per week position with competitive pay. It is not high paced and requires self motivation to complete routine and assigned tasks. On rare occasions, we may ask you to fill in at a local sister facility.

PAY: Is $ 16.00 - 18.00 ( commenserate with experience ) plus quarterly bonuses

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
