This is a Part-Time position. 20 hours a week.
Resident Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This ideal candidate will be an integral part of the residential leadership team to manage the residential programs in support of the strategic direction of the organization. He/she will assist with managing long-term program goals; identifying evaluation tools to assess program strengths and areas for improvement; exploring and developing relationships with local community leaders, and agencies to enhance support of operations for which this position is responsible. The incumbent will research and develop partnerships in support of the residents in the program. The Resident Manager will also participate in efforts to identify and secure public/private funding in support of programs. He/she will participate in developing or enhancing the CTFT social media platform to increase public awareness of programs, events, and activities. Reports directly to the Executive Director.
The Residential Manager will be responsible for effectively communicating with the leadership team to ensure information relating to the program is delivered in an efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include but is not limited to controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions and other duties as assigned;
- Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, team leads phone calls and ensures all business opportunities are managed in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and arrange necessary repairs.
- Provide general support to visitors. Plan in-house or off-site activities.
- Ensure all facets of the resident program are organized, managed, and implemented according to CTFT covenants.
- Manage and ensure all case managers/Resident Assistant and Mentors are working specifically on the core requirements of the program with each/assigned resident.
- Ensure residents are assigned a mentor after the first thirty days and mentors are adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and responsibilities.
- Work closely with case managers to ensure residents are compliant with recommendations and are meeting identified goals.
- Create and maintain all resident’s schedules and ensure that calendars and resident goals are updated.
- Provide a detailed monthly summary of all resident-related activities to the executive director.
- Coordinate resident-related activities in preparation for birth, maternity-related events, and post-delivery support.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively. Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing including the providing of clear instructions to employees.
Ability to speak before small and large groups of people. Ability to travel to various locations to participate in public meetings, conferences, etc. Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and time constraints. Ability to establish goals and objectives and monitor their effective implementation. Ability to apply discretion and independent judgment and exercise confidentiality.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
