* Establish clear processes, procedures, and technology implementation to drive the delivery of outstanding results
* Engage with product engineering during the design cycle to ensure the design for manufacturability and tooling to ensure efficient and capable production methods and processes.
* Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion
* Achieve product profitability goals by completing projects within required time constraints while meeting all quality, cost, and delivery targets.
* Perform time studies, line balancing, and implement process improvements
* Recommend methods for improving operators' effectiveness in safety, quality, and productivity
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion
* Education and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to deliver to schedule
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
* Results-oriented teammate with proven self-motivation skills
* Experience using continuous improvement methodologies
* Basic computer proficiency with email and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and other systems as required
* BS in Manufacturing Engineering or related degree.
* 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
