Summary
The Branch Sales Representative, who reports to the Branch Sales Manager, will focus on growing profitable sales of our entire product offering to a wholesale assigned "S" account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships.
This role is a hybrid sales position consisting of inside and / or outside sales as determined by the needs of the customer and compensated through profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize sales potential through developing and maintaining wholesale customer relationships
Leverage seasonal promotions for their wholesale assigned "S" account list, maximizing customer engagement in each program
Specific focus on Bryant net Buy, Midea ductless, parts and supplies
Assist the Branch Sales Manager to provide input to Product Management on products to be stocked
Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills and product knowledge
Learn and utilize internal industry leading technology offerings
Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning
Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow sales
Create and maintain customer Salesforce profiles

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
