ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
The Client Communication Associate is responsible for providing relevant and appropriate care to Sensitech’s client base.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer / manage switchboard for all main inbound calls to Sensitech Beverly
- Ability to learn business and boundaries to route calls appropriately or provide service to customers
- Process orders
- Customer orders, service billing entry, other non-customer initiated order requests
- Provide follow up communication to customers such as, but not limited to: shipment tracking information, invoice copies, documentation reprints
- Process ERP transactions as they relate to Client Services department
- Audit all service billings to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all service billings are transacted within our ERP system by End Of Month
- Maintain and update CRM application
- Liaise between Operations, Support Services and Client Services departments
- Actively participate in department initiatives to improve efficiency
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Superior phone skills and ability to navigate and work with a variety of phone systems
- Excellent verbal and general communication skills in English (Spanish language considered a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent computer, data entry, and organizational skills
- Ability to execute assigned projects with minimal supervision
- Basic to intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills
- Cultural awareness and acceptance
- College education or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently

- Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
- Attend scheduled EH&S training program
- Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
- Recommend improved EH&S practices
