About this role
Spark innovation and implement new technologies. Focusing on creating and supporting the required processes and procedures to manufacture Sensitech's electronic products, including developing manufacturing processes, testing procedures, operator instructions, and training. Associates will apply scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, machines, tools, and processes to comply with specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating conditions. Co-Op runs January - May 2024 Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Electronic component level troubleshooting and characterization capabilities down to the root cause, including resolving the issue by working with others as needed to do so.
- Produce products to specifications while using cost-effective and efficient means.
- Analyze and evaluate new or improved components.
- Electrical design, wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in engineering related field
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- The ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic PCBA's and system-level issues. Soldering skills.
- Knowledgeable in CAD systems- AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
