We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, results-oriented inside sales Co-op to contribute to our continued legacy of innovation.
What will you be doing?
The Inside sales team is responsible for supporting our Regional Sales Managers and resellers (VARs). This includes providing quotes for system support and software upgrade renewals (SUSP), maintaining data integrity, creating sales collateral, promoting new product introductions to LenelS2 customers. The successful candidate will:
- Full ownership of all enterprise new business opportunities within specific vertical market segments
- Deliver on financial objectives in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s)
- Build and implement sales action plans to execute company strategy effectively and efficiently
- Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success
- Develop key sales competencies as required to maximize success, including but not limited to leading the vertical team in prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen, and business judgment
- Hold yourself accountable for effective execution of key deliverables, key metrics, and key activities
- Participate in clear communication with your teammates and customers
- Ensure connectivity with business imperatives
- Develop strategic clarity and a clear understanding of your assigned role, expectations, and performance
- Maintain extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition
- Build and maintain aggressive vertical growth plans in the assigned geography of North America and execute those plans
- Enable connections with proper internal resources to provide our customers with value and ease of doing business
- Add value to customers through growth and support activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows, and product roadshows
- Collaborate and support all vertically market-focused RFP and RFI responses and submittals
- Execute internal business deliverables within the appropriate timeframe
- Provide productive strategic vertical market feedback to the business
- Build and execute plans to support customer vertical market training needs
- Manage and execute vertical market strategic initiatives and programs
- Active participation and thought leadership in vertically aligned industry/trade associations

Education requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of experience
- BA/BS degree with 2 to 5 years experience
- MA/MS degree with 0 to 2 years experience
