Description/Job Summary
PURPOSES SPECIFIC TO THE POSITION
To perform a variety of duties necessary in administrative support including, but not limited, to legal/regulatory and corporate communications.
RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Managers and Supervisors as assigned.
Directs no personnel unless assigned for specific projects.
Cooperates and coordinates with all persons, within and outside the cooperative, and with all firms, organizations, consultants, and other groups as directed.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher in communications or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications required.
Ability to perform physical tasks to support including but not limited to lifting, bending, stooping, and pushing.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Assists in preparing routine correspondence, reports, and other support.
Assists with maintaining and updating physical and electronic records and other recordkeeping systems.
Performs duties consistent with board policies, federal and state regulations, and established safety rules.
Must maintain the strictest confidence regarding any cooperative, member, or employee information.
Performs other duties as requested or required by the position.
