What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Analyst position at Carrot Fertility?
The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Regional Analyst focused on supporting provider operations across the U.S. & Canada. The individual will join our US and Canada Operations team, a part of Carrot’s Global Solutions department, and report to the Senior Manager, U.S. and Canada Provider Operations.
Global Solutions enables our customers (i.e. multinational employers) and their employees to access a global fertility benefits program inclusive of financial coverage and support. Whether a member is pursuing IVF, IUI, embryo, sperm or egg freezing, domestic adoption in the US, or working with a gestational carrier in Canada, our team powers Carrot’s operational infrastructure to create a positive employer and employee experience, globally. As part of the Global Solutions team at Carrot, you will work closely with our US-based Global Solutions team and our international colleagues, as well as cross-functionally with other teams at Carrot.
As a Regional Analyst and a member of the U.S. & Canada regional team, you will contribute to:
- Ongoing operations to support a positive customer and member experience: Conduct research and resolve internal requests from member-related inquiries related to provider eligibility; gather and analyze data to help team move initiatives forward and build out regional strategies and SOPs.
- Building, maintaining and managing our internal provider databases: Support multiple yearly audits adhering to our SOPs, work closely with other GS teammates to ensure alignment of structured data, and ensure all newly eligible providers are added in a timely fashion.
- Growing our regional strategy and provider networks: Assist U.S. & Canada team members with growing other provider networks in alignment with team and company goals and provide research, regional analysis, and thought partnership as we expand our regional footprint.

Carrot’s Global Solutions team is divided into 3 regions, North and South America, APAC, and EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping how we grow in the largest region at Carrot, where you will have the opportunity to build, innovate, and collaborate in bringing new vital services and products to meet our mission of fertility care for all. You will also work with analysts and associates from other global regions to share knowledge, strategize, and support one another.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient with 2 years of professional experience with strengths in
- Planning, managing, and efficiently completing multiple tasks and projects
- Supporting process and implementation changes
- Organizing content and information
- Communicating complex information
- Relationship Building
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with productivity and day-to-day tools (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Keynote/Google Slides)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and tools such as Airtable, Salesforce, Confluence and Zendesk is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare, with a focus on the perinatal or fertility space a plus.
