What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at Carrus Hospital?
The Front Desk is one of the most important positions in our Facility. You are the first person people see when they walk in and the last person people see when they walk out. This position serves as a host and provides customer service for walk-in guests, reservations, and group events.
Responsibilities include:
1. Greeting guests as they enter
2. Managing reservations and waitlists in person
3. Assisting customers over the phone with online reservations
4. Providing guests with information and pricing on billiards, bowling, and food/bar experiences
5. Learning the Point of Sales system - (Micros 3700)
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:
1. Availability to work weekend nights and every once in a while a day or two throughout the week.
2. A fun and outgoing personality
3. Customer Service experience
4. To be able to stand for extended periods of time
5. Reliable transportation
6. The ability to talk to guests on the phone
7. The ability to move and think quickly in a fast paced environment hours at a time
