What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry/Bookkeeping position at Carson Development?
Large Development company is in search of a construction admin. This person will be directly assisting our managers with material orders or research. Proficient with QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft office (outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable using accounting software and other programs
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable for separate entities and vendors
Analyzing workflow processes
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience a must
Construction office experience preferred
Must have Microsoft excel experience
A/P and A/R experience a must
3-5 years’ experience Administrative
Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm - 40hrs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
