Carson Enterprises is currently seeking a Plant Crew Leader to oversee our team of plant care specialists. We specialize in providing top-tier plant care services, and the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of these services.

Job Description:

As a Plant Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of plant care specialists to ensure the seamless delivery of all plant care services offered by our company. Collaboration with the Sales Team and Operations Manager is crucial to maintain high-quality and efficient service standards. This role demands leadership qualities, experience in plant care, and adeptness in teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of plant care specialists in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise the execution of all plant care services, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Develop and manage plant care schedules and budgets.
• Assess and improve plant health through regular monitoring and evaluation.
• Consult with clients on plant care needs, offering recommendations on selection and placement.
• Maintain accurate plant inventory and records.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to plant care specialists.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in horticulture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant care and maintenance.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in plant care techniques, pest control, and fertilization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility in schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
• Proficiency in operating equipment like pruning shears, watering cans, and leaf blowers.
