As a RN at Prestige, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of nursing services to residents, including oversight and direction for other healthcare providers and caregivers. Located at 1001 Mountain Street in beautiful Carson City, NV, Carson Tahoe Transitional Rehabilitation Center is licensed for 80 beds of rehabilitation and transitional care.
