Carson Valley Inn is a charming hotel/casino property in Minden, Nevada. Situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains just 20 minutes east of Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes south of Reno, our casino is the perfect place to work.
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for our Hotel Front Desk / Night Auditor position.
Description:
- Work hotel front desk with checking in and out guests
- Make and confirm hotel reservations, assist in taking calls from promotional mailings, call guests back to complete reservation information and other paperwork.
Requirements:
- Computer experience required
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work well under pressure
- Able to multi-task with accuracy
- Previous phone experience helpful.
Shift:
- Full-time/PT Swing / Grave
- Weekend and Holiday work required.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
- Bilingual a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 / Swing Shift
Pay $ 16.00/ Grave Shift
