Overview: Responsible for administrative office operations and project management support activities for executive staff in their efforts to promote a climate of diversity and inclusion as it builds partnerships with stakeholders. Reporting to the Executive Management and managers, assists staff and clients with office administration, finance, human resources, business development and functional activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall project management support to company through different functions such as composing regular and special correspondence, preparing proposals, forms and reports, schedule meetings, process and maintain confidential documents, and other duties as assigned.
- Draft correspondence, coordinate and schedule meetings, and complete documents necessary to facilitate business.
- Prepare proposals by determining concept; gathering and formatting information; writing and editing drafts and producing final document.
- Supports executive achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information to Finance for invoices and budgets timely and monitors costs and expenditures.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Maintain a customer database effectively to enable the easy and speedy recovery of a given customer's details.
- Handle established customers' details, attract new clients for the company through promotional and advertising methods. Assist with strategies to promote company services.
- Represent executive the public at outreach events and activities.
- Take minutes at committee meetings and ensure all minutes are approved, recorded and filed.
Qualifications
- Project Management experience or prior experience in business development, finance, marketing and/or human resources preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and exercise confidentiality.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse staff.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Microsoft Suite applications or other software and social media experience.
- Proficient in Accurants Business Accounting Software or something similar.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
