We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's home in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital
- Assist with patients personal care activities
- Assist patient with mobility and physical therapies/exercises [in the home]
- Assisting nurses with transfers and other physical activities [also in the home]
Skills
- Proven working experience as a home health aide
- Meal preparation and light cleaning/laundry
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Motivated work ethic and desire to be a team player with house nurse[s] and patient
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid driver’s license
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
