Real Estate Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your knowledge of property management, fair housing regulations, and real estate law will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and attorneys

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of property management, fair housing regulations, and real estate law
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
