how you’ll make an impact:
- You will be responsible for supporting the End to End team in driving analytics, executing reporting/process improvement builds, and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and profitability. Your expertise in Tableau and data analytics will be leveraged to improve end-to-end analytics surrounding transportation, capacity forecasting, inbound/outbound logistics and other areas.
This role reports into the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Anaplan Analytics and is based in our Buckhead, GA office.
50% - End to End Analytics
- Assist in Project Management for all End-to-End analytics
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement KPIs for transportation, capacity forecasting, and inbound/outbound logistics use cases
- Act as key liaison between Ops and Integration team to connect data sources
- Create all necessary documentation for new reporting/processes
- Execute reporting requirements in Tableau
40% - Transportation Analytics
- Track, analyze, and present key performance indicators related to inbound logistics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning at the executive level
- Develop and execute exception reporting to monitor inbound logistical milestones as well as identity missing milestone updates
- Identify opportunities for reporting centralization/standardization
10% - Ad Hoc
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting opportunities relating to forecasting, buying, and planning procedures
- Execute and train others on weekly reporting deliverables

Must have:
- Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and an intermediate/advanced user of Excel, Tableau
Preferred skills and experience:
- Prior experience in database querying and data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar programming language
- Experience with 1 or more projects in Tableau
- Experience in Tableau Prep / Tableau Developer
- Solid understanding of Inventory Management and Forecasting principles
- Strong numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
- Understand financial impact of decisions
- Proactively identifies and implements process improvements to generate additional revenue and reduce non-value add work
- Process improvement minded
- 0-3 years preferred
