We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level IT Professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational knowledge of IT systems and a keen interest in technology and its application in a business environment. This role involves supporting internal users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and participating in various IT projects. What You'll Do
- Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology equipment.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and projects under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Help document IT procedures, configurations, and inventory.
- Participate in IT security measures, including assisting with updates and patches for software and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and IT best practices.
- Experience: You have 0-2 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a startup environment
- Technical Skills: You have a strong technical background and are familiar with a wide range of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Problem Solver: You excel at diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Communicator: You have strong communication skills and can explain complex technical topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Proactive: You anticipate needs and act on them without being told.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly pivot as priorities shift.
- Team Player: You're comfortable working in a small team and are willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
