Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks associated with general sanitation to include scrub, scrape, and wash equipment to perfect sanitary condition
- Follow sanitation dress code standards and maintains good personal hygiene
- Follow sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
- Perform assignments in accordance with established GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies and procedures
- Able to learn how to clean and sanitize equipment, pans, racks, molds, utensils, etc.
- Sweep, mop, clean, and sanitize floors
- Able to learn how to operate floor scrubbing equipment and pressure washer
- Perform all work assignments for position in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Responsible for wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Follow food safety and proper hygiene policies and procedures.
Work in a cold environment (Temperature is 38 degrees)
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must have ability to communicate with others in a courteous manner
Must have availability to work weekends.
