About the team and position
The Regional Team Leader, Registration will drive individual development and team success through constructive coaching and results oriented motivation. The Regional Team Leader will work closely cross functionally to ensure that our Title and Registration teams perform to the best of their ability. Travel to various markets within the assigned region and build and maintain relationships with Market Leaders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coaching, has knowledge of the Carvana customer experience process, and is willing to be in the trenches with their team.

- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the team to perform at the highest level.
- Promote an environment that fosters and ensures all specialists meet or exceed all Carvana standards.
- Actively looks for ways to improve the overall customer and employee experience.
- Identify, implement, and revamp processes to optimize efficiencies.
- Responsible for hiring and managing employee issues.
- Drive continuous performance improvement for business results.
- Critical thinking to solve problems.
- Actively looking for ways to improve the overall customer and employee team experience.
- Maintain and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports of quality metrics and respective targets and goals.
- Proactively communicating with leadership regarding business performance, and adverse impact of decisions on the customers and potential risks to the business
- Being a continuous positive force within the office, creating strong morale and spirit throughout the team.
- Other related duties as assigned.
What you should know
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
- 5 years work experience in a customer facing team environment.
- 3 years of management experience.
- A strong sense of urgency with the ability to improve operational efficiency.
- Proven history of developing and coaching employees.
- Experience with strategic planning and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability grasping technical and complex concepts and clearly explaining them to others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves.
