What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advancing Crew Members position at Carvel Ice Cream?

We're looking for you: Hardworking, confident, and motivated team members who are looking to be a part of the team for 3 years or longer. 3 Year Contract: With Yearly advancement from Crew Member ($13/hr Tips), to Supervisor ($17/hr Tips), to Serving Manager ($20/hr Tips). *Tips increase pay on average $2-$8 more per hour.
$750 Sign-on Bonus, $4,000 Severance Package, and end of the year bonuses.
General Duties: Supervise and Manage store operations, serve customers, operate cash register, learn to make ice cream flavors, ice cream sandwiches, mold and decorate ice cream cakes and learn the business. Pay is NEGOTIABLE based on experience.
Typically 21-28hrs per week. Shift is typically 3:30PM-10:30PM with limited morning shifts available.
