HOW YOU FIT
You are the administrative wonder who helps the Operations Team maintain laser focus on goal achievement to drive campaign success. You handle all inbound calls directed to Operations peers, answering questions, solving problems, consulting with others as needed, and escalating if necessary. Beyond Operations, yours will be the friendly voice which greets Carvertise customers whether in person or on the phone. Your coordination prowess will be put to ample use supporting basic administrative functions for the greater organization. You will propagate Carvertise culture through your hustle, proficiency and outcomes.
This will be a full-time position with general hours Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; however, ability to work flexible hours will be a huge plus!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Manages general company phone including timely handling of customer calls and voice messages
- Handles operations department specific calls, voicemails and general email box, follows-up, troubleshoots, deescalates and resolves issues as needed
- Consults and collaborates interdepartmentally to provide swift and accurate assistance and response to driver/customer inquiries and issues
- Supports driver payment process by inputting accurate banking information into AP; researches and responds to driver payment inquiries; escalates as necessary
- Maintains accurate and complete operational records, including communication logs, campaign rollout worksheets, assignment and KPI tables, etc.; generates and distributes reports as needed
- Orders supplies per guidelines and within budget and upkeeps/restocks storage areas as needed
- Receives incoming mail and handles distribution; supports outgoing mail handling
- Facilitates organization and efficiency, schedules conference rooms, coordinates lunches, helps schedule for others
- Meets or exceeds all quantitative and qualitative KPIs and other metrics assigned; updates tracking system per set schedule
- Provides miscellaneous administrative task support to the Ops Division
- Performs special projects, tasks or duties as assigned by operations or company leadership
- Nurtures culture and builds team through healthy interaction and written/spoken communication; provides and accepts constructive feedback as appropriate
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates or Technical Degree in Business or other relevant program preferred. Minimum 2 years administrative or coordinating experience in an office environment requiring professionalism, organization and communication. Previous work in a high-volume, KPI-driven, call-center environment strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to navigate office environment and sit for extended periods of time
- Use of basic office equipment such as computers, tablets, touchpads, printers and other department specific equipment
