Carworx Distribution Inc, a leader in automotive refinishes, paints and industrial coatings. Head office located in Quebec, Canada is seeking a National Sales Manager for Automotive Refinishes in the USA.

The ideal candidate must have minimum of 5 years experience specific to the automotive refinish and repair industry with knowledge of multititle levels of distribution (warehouse, jobbers, and body shops).

The responsibilities for National Sales Manager include:

  • Building a Sales team who will meet with existing customers on a regular basis, ensuring hands on customer support.
  • Developing new business and generate leads.
  • Meeting sales targets.
  • Manage the activities and performance of the Sales team.
  • Ongoing product training for yourself and your sales team.
  • Setting individual sales goals for your team.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to your team.
  • Strong communication & collaboration with our Head Office.
  • Travelling across the USA is required.

Skills and Experience required for National Sales Manager:

  • 5 years experience in Automotive Refinishes industry.
  • 5 years experience with sales and management.
  • Knowledge in the proper application of various Automotive refinish products.
  • Organizational and motivational skills.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Able and willing to travel throughout the USA.
  • Valid driver's license.
