Job Description:
Meet the guest service standards of Casa Bonita. Work directly and efficiently with guests. Full understanding of checking identifications and verifying guest age. Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on TiPs and company specifications. Meeting standards in cleanliness, opening, service, and closing of beverage service stations.

- Welcoming and interacting with all guests to help create a magical experience when on the floor.
- Accurate cash/tab handling.
- Checks out with direct supervisor and finishes any tasks requested.
- May be asked to do other tasks as needed.
- Performs all job-related functions in a cordial, friendly manner that is committed to exceeding guest and team member expectations.
- Execute all service and suggestive selling standards.
- Executes all bar requirements for regular and event service.
- Cleans bar and all areas and removes trash.
- Makes sure all glasses are washed and restocked prior to shift end.
- Rotates and preps garnish for the next shift.
- Training and Continuing Education of POS systems.
- Executes all promotions and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Assists in any department or any role where needed. Including side work, and prep for next shift.
- Make sure all tabs are closed and does drop with manager.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of two years of Bar experience with a high-volume (over 400 covers a day) regional or independent brand.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Extensive knowledge in managing spirits, beer, and wine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Able to multitask.
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required along with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Up to date on all Food & Beverage industry trends.
- Expectation of TiPs certification for training/renewal complete within first 30 days of employment.
- Expectation of POS systems training complete with in first 30 days of employment.
- Must be able to speak, read, and hear/understand English fluently.
- Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged.
- Must have close and distant vision.
- Must be able to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent walking, standing, and moving between tight spaces.
- Capable of walking and standing on feet for extended periods time
- Capable of walking extended distances.
- Able to walk both up inclines and down declines multiple times in a shift.
- Able to walk up and down stairs multiple times in a shift.
- Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally lifts/carries up to 150 pounds (full beer kegs).
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Must be able to pivot on feet to move around groups of people.
- Must be able to move from seated to standing and standing to seated positions without assistance.
- Able to reach hands and arms in any direction.
- Capable of kneeling, lifting and stooping multiple times in a shift.
