Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality or guest relations preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest requests
- Knowledge of night audit processes is advantageous
