Qualifications:

- 2 years of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Review client files
- Connect with clients and provide solutions
- Build rapport and obtain new clients
- Establish and maintain affiliate relationships
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references
- Assist with events
