Recruiting and Retention Specialist

Casas Adobes Post-Acute is looking for a great Recruiting and Retention Specialist to help with the process of recruiting and onboarding nursing staff to the facility. Skills required are organization, great telephone presence, time management, ability to communicate clearly with nursing staff and the desire/ability to excel in a team environment. A knowledge of health care is a huge plus.

Applicant should be a proven leader, focused on results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
