Starting pay of $16.00 per hour, zero experience required! Starting pay of $18.00 per hour for those with a CDL A!

Our Macon location travels 60% of the time covering Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and the Northern part of Florida.

Project schedules typically operate on a 10 Days on / 4 Days off schedule. Workday schedules may be 10 12 hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work will include driving, operating, and maintaining Cascades drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other support equipment
• Environmental Field Laborer work outdoors year-round as two or three-person crews at the direction of a client
• Need problem-solving mentality and ability to work productively as part of a team
• Mechanical ability to do minor repairs
• Conduct pre-trip inspection
• Set up control zone
• Perform physical labor, shoveling, drilling debris, and transporting materials using ergonomically correct lifting techniques
• Maintain equipment
• Ability to fill in for driller, when qualified
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
• Can direct subordinate employee(s)
• Maintain all required certifications and training
• Work requires ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs

Prior experience working with sonic, auger, or direct push rigs is beneficial but not required

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Testing negative in a drug screen for the presence of controlled substances
• Satisfactory results of a background check (and your authorization to conduct a routine background check)
• Obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card and meeting all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle
• Passing a HAZWOPER physical
• Verifying your legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA)
• Satisfactory results of additional testing and / or screenings, if applicable.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
