Job Posting for Disclosure Specialist at Cascade Financial Services

 

How you’ll do it:

  • Working as a key member of Cascade’s Disclosure Team responsible for the critical role of ensuring that Cascade complies with applicable laws for mortgage related disclosure packages
  • Managing company disclosures timelines to ensure the proper disclosures are delivered at the proper times. 
  • Developing expertise in disclosures and reviewing disclosures to ensure they are compliant prior to them being sent to out to borrowers.
  • Partnering with others in the Compliance Department and in the business units to fix and improve issues.
  • Learning about compliance laws and issues and how they affect Cascade’s business.
  • Assisting with other duties as necessary.

 

What you’ll need to join Cascade:

  • Minimum of 2 years mortgage experience.
  • Experience with Encompass, or similar loan origination systems.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and keep accurate records.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing workloads.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong, sound judgement, including knowing when to escalate issues.
