As an Operations Specialist for Cascade Living Group you may be asked to lead as Interim Executive Director for Independent Living, Assisted Living and (or) Memory Care communities, overseeing all daily operations of the community and ensuring that the highest quality of care is being provided. You may also be asked to participate in various department audits or reviews when necessary, help with payroll when there is a vacant position, etc.

As an Operations Specialist for Cascade Living Group, you will:

• Be responsible for helping achieve financial goals and maintain occupancy targets
• Ensure that all staff members are aligned with the company’s mission, vision and values
• Collaborate and partner with other Department Directors and Leaders to ensure the care needs of residents is in accordance with care and other service plans developed
• Comply with all local/state/federal regulations and stay aware of relevant changes and update
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Maintain oversight of all financial monitoring tools and review reports with appropriate personnel
• Preform other duties as assigned

We are looking for great people that encompass: 

• Ability to travel no less than 75% of the time
• Valid ALF/RCF Administrators Licensure and/or the ability to obtain in all operating States (WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, WY)
• Required 5 years of administration and supervision of in assisted living or memory care community
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations
• Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity
• Ability to follow through with complex and detailed projects to completion
• A desire and compassion for working with the elderly
• Promotes positive workplace culture
• Care and compassion 
• Open-mindedness 
• The desire to make a difference

Wages starting at: $110,000 - $115,000 /annually 
Depending on Experience
