We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cascades at Riverwalk, a beautiful skilled nursing facility in Midvale, UT. As a PRN nurse, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality care to our residents and making a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and administer medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed by physicians.
• Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered.
• Notify residents' physicians and family members of any changes in condition.
• Provide professional nursing practice services, including tube feedings, suction, catheterization, and dressing changes.
• Monitor and observe seriously ill residents.
• Advocate for residents and ensure that other healthcare team members provide care according to their care plan and personal wishes.
• Accurately complete necessary charting in a timely manner.

Benefits:

• RN's - $36-43/hour
• PRN does not offer additional benefits other than the hourly wage.

Requirements:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing.
• Effectively communicate with residents, family members, personnel, and visitors.
• Able to make decisions independently when warranted.
• Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long-term care.

Salary : $36 - $43
