Administrator-in-Training (AIT)

Cascadia Healthcare is Idaho's largest provider of skilled nursing services and we are growing! With all our growth Cascadia Healthcare is looking for individuals who want to grow their careers in our administrator-in-training program! The administrator-in-training will prepare themselves by working with every department, learn how they work in preparation to take the NAB exam and operate a multi-million dollar business unit all while learning how to manage people, residents and family members to be a FORCE for good in the communities they service.
