CAREGIVER POSITION SUMMARY
- Provides hands on quality care while supporting the physical, mental and emotional needs of each resident
- Follows the activities of daily living for each individuals care plan.
- Reports changes and observations of residents' needs and preferences.
- Takes vital signs and residents weights.
- Follows standard precautions and safe work practices.
CAREGIVER EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current WA State CNA/HCA license in good standing
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Current First Aid and CPR card
- Maintain current Food Handlers card
- Pass a Criminal Background and fingerprint check.
