Cascella & Sons Construction is a steadily growing full-service General Contracting firm based in Suffolk County NY specializing in mid to high end remodeling and restoration work. We have been in business for just over 35 years now priding ourselves on clear communication, dedication to the total customer experience, and overall satisfaction to all our clients. Our primary focus is on Residential remodeling, and light commercial construction. Due to our growth and development, we are seeking new members with extensive sales knowledge to work within a team environment and provide truly exceptional client service. Cascella & Sons is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best products for their needs.

Territory Location: Nassau & Suffolk County

Cascella & Sons is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best Exterior & Interior products for their needs.

This is not your typical sales job! You are your own boss, in control of your earnings and your work-life balance. Your performance is rewarded - better performance yields higher income for your business, and you set your schedule.

Your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. You’ll receive pre-qualified hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius around your home. Customers have called Cascella & Sons and asked for an in-home estimate.

We can offer 8-10 leads (or more) per week and a robust marketing budget constantly generating more leads and customers. Plus, the business you generate pays even more!

Primary job Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive sales presentations of products and services to decision makers
• Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis
• Team building and mentorship
• Strategic presentation development

Qualifications:

• Energetic and driven
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous sales experience

· You will understand the job, calculate and explain the cost, and sell the job!

Compensation:_ $80,000 - $120,000 per year_

Requirements:

• Drive locally to meet Cascella & Sons customers in their homes
• Vehicle with room for samples
• Availability for some evening & weekends
• Deliver excellent customer service using tablet device and technology.
• 1099 Commission only Sales Performance Incentive Funds
