What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backhoe Operator position at Case Construction, INC?
We're growing! Case Construction is looking to immediately hire for the following positions:
- (1) Backhoe operator
- Laborer(s)
- Finisher(s)
The qualified candidate should possess at least 2 years of skillful employment experience and a clean driving record (for drivers). Class A CDL is required for consideration.
Training is provided for Laborer and Finisher positions.
Hourly rates:
- Laborers start at $19/ hour
- Finishers start at $22/hour
- Operators start at $24hour
We offer health and dental insurance and a 401-k retirement plan. A competitive wage will be based on experience and past work history. Our home office is located 30 min south of Greenwood, IN, and 60 miles north of Louisville, KY. No travel to our home office is required.
