What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant position at Case Corporate Housing?
POSITION PURPOSE
The primary role of the position is to perform all the activities in the warehouse pertaining to furniture & housewares within Case Corporate Housing, Inc. standards.
Responsibility
- Laundry management: Washing, drying, stain treatment, folding, sorting, organization, and storage of linens per CCH standards and procedures.
- Inventory management: Clean and maintain furniture & housewares inventory and communicate needs and damages to the operations manager.
- Inventory Picking: MUST be able to match & pull items from a picklist consistently & accurately
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and ensure daily/weekly/monthly performance levels are achieved.
- Assist Service Teams with on hand duties such as unit set up/take down if needed.
- Support and uphold company mission, vision, and values.
- Abide by company policies, procedures, practices, and applicable state and federal law.
- Abide by safety policies and procedures and bring any unsafe working conditions to the attention of management immediately.
- Maintain a professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance, at all times while representing Case Corporate Housing, especially while interacting with colleagues, customers, residents and guests.
- Promote positive teamwork and communications with team members and clients by interacting and cooperating with other team members in a tactful manner, providing constructive feedback and positive solutions to problems, be open and receptive to constructive criticism and feedback, and seeking ways to offer assistance to fellow coworkers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

HOURS WORKED: Standard business hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm; variable work hours and overtime may be required occasionally at the discretion of the supervisor.
