What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consultant/Trainer Data Analytics position at Caseware?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Analysis Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and implementing our data analysis solutions to a wide range of customers. You will play a pivotal role in training and working on creative solutions using real-world data.
\n- Serve as the primary consultant for introducing our data analysis solutions to customers, guiding them from SMEs to large corporations.
- Lead the implementation of our software solutions tailored to process and control monitoring within customer projects.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops to educate customers on effectively utilizing our data analysis tools.
- Manage the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful implementation of our data analysis solutions.
- Develop and apply advanced data analysis solutions to meet customer needs.
- Analyze, model, and interpret data, including SAP® data, to generate actionable insights for customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our data analysis solutions.
- Engage with customers creatively, using real data to solve their unique challenges.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, combining expertise from various domains to develop holistic solutions for our clients.
- Completed studies with a focus on (business) informatics/science, statistics, business mathematics, IT or a comparable course of study and training
- Passion for IT solutions, automation, data science methods
- Willingness to travel DACH approx. 30%
- Analytical ability to understand and solve complex tasks independently
- Basic database knowledge (preferably MS SQL Server)
- Good knowledge of a programming language (e.g. VB, Python, C#, Java)
- Proficiency in both German and English
