Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Willing to learn real estate specific software
Strong written and communication skills.
Customer service oriented, enjoys working and interacting with people while maintaining a positive and pleasant outlook
Honest and willingness to help others
Self motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Examples of tasks include:
Maintain CRM. E-mailing past, present and future clients on a regular basis through housing newsletter and letters/postcards. Follow up calls to past and present clients, anniversarys or sales etc.
Follow up with buyer and seller clients on steps of the transaction.
Other duties that may arise.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
