Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our legal staff, contributing to the efficient operation of our legal services.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files

-Answer calls and assist clients
- Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel

Skills:

- Proficient writing skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is a plus
