Casia Lodge and Ranch Property Manager: responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the physical plant. This includes the ranch, the lodge and lodge grounds, the pool and spa pool, and the various outbuildings including the Farmhouse, Log Cabin and Creek House, and also includes vehicles and power equipment. The PM should have or be willing to obtain a Private Applicator pesticide license. The PM should be able to balance what can be done by internal staff and what needs to be hired out. The PM will need to develop a sustainable maintenance and staffing schedule. As with all management level positions at this small hotel, the hours are flexible as long as the job gets done. This job can be either part time (20 hours/week) or full time as the right applicant desires. A staff of 1-3 persons will report to the PM and be responsible for small repairs, mowing, landscaping, outside cleaning, and watering. The PM reports to the Hotel Manager.
