Responsible for overseeing general functions of the restaurant and bar services during an assigned shift.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: | |
• One to two years working in a food and beverage operation and general supervisory experience or successful completion of a supervisory training program. • Knowledge of Restaurant and Bar operations and guest service • Knowledge of alcoholic drink preparation. • Ability to be guest/service oriented. • Ability to recognize an intoxicated patron. • Skill in organization and communication.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: | |
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License. | |
